Thornlie Square Shopping Centre is modern facility which originally opened in 1970. The Centre underwent a significant refurbishment in 1987, and again in 2010.

The Centre comprises a single level retail centre with dual enclosed internal walls, and is anchored by Woolworths, Dunya Supermarket and Spudshed . The Centre also consists of a Liquorland, Caltex Starmart  and supported by 40 specialty stores having a gross lettable area of approximately 14,583sqm and ample onsite parking for approximately 875 cars.

Thornlie Square also has Casual Mall Leasing areas available ranging from 4m² – 16m². Powered sites, tables and chairs are available.
